Who we are

XXL IT Services is the business name of Edin Mujcin (sole proprietor), a commercial low-voltage contractor at 1624 E Territory Dr, Meridian, Idaho 83646. We install network cabling, UniFi networks and security cameras for businesses.

Program description

We send text messages to business customers and prospective customers who contacted us first and agreed to receive texts. Messages are about the request you made, and include:

• confirmation that we received your call or request;
• follow-ups on quotes, site visits and scheduling;
• appointment reminders and technician updates;
• replies to questions you send us by text.

We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we never text numbers from purchased lists.

How you opt in

• On a phone call: when you call one of our numbers, our phone assistant may ask, "Can we text you a confirmation and follow-ups at this number?" We text you only if you say yes, and we record your consent with the call.
• By texting us first: if you text one of our business numbers, we reply to your conversation.

Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your request, typically 1 to 6 messages per request.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. XXL IT Services does not charge for text messages.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. We will send one final message confirming you are unsubscribed and then send no more texts. To start again, reply START.

Carrier liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell or rent your mobile number. See our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you give us. Supported on all major U.S. carriers.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. These terms are part of our Terms of Service.
